PRP Open Range JULY 23, 2022

Registration opens on: June 17, 2022 @ 7:00 PM · Registration closes on: July 22, 2022 @ 10:00 PM

Match starts: July 23, 2022 @ 8:30 AM · Match ends: July 23, 2022 @ 5:00 PM

Hours of Operation – 8:30AM to 12:30PM and 1:00 PM– 5:00PM (PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES PRIOR)– We will run two squads, squad 1 will be the morning squad from 8:30AM-12:30PM, and squad 2 will be the afternoon squad from 1:00PM to 5:00PM. This will allow for us continue to practice “social distancing” while also allowing our RO(s) to manage the firing line and help in spotting. We will run 10 shooters in the morning, and 10 in the afternoon. PLEASE READ – IF YOU WANT TO SHOOT IN THE AM – SQUAD YOURSELF IN SQUAD 1. IF YOU WANT TO SHOOT IN THE AFTERNOON, SQUAD YOURSELF IN SQUAD 2. 


Shooting Stages – Shooters will have the ability to engage targets from 300 to 1,135 yards from stages on the firing line while in the prone position. In addition, shooters will also be allowed to practice the PRS Barricade Stage off our Barricade system at 400 yards, as well as some of the other Range Stages/Props. 100 yard zero range will be available as needed. We will have backer boards up, bring your own stick on or staple targets if desired. 


New Shooters: Shooters new to the range will be required to prove themselves and their gear capable and accurate at targets ranging from 300-600 yards BEFORE being allowed to engage targets at distances beyond. 


Payment – Cost for either session - $65. A $15 non-refundable deposit at time of registration required. Balance due upon arrival to range – cash only. If a shooter is unable to make the date, shooter has the ability to sell their slot to another shooter – PRP, Inc. needs to be notified 24 hours in advance of range day of any changes to roster. 


Recommended Gear – rangefinder, chamber flag (if you do not have a chamber flag PRP has them available for $3/ea. onsite) spotting scope, shooting mat, folding chair, bug spray/sunscreen, inclement weather gear, etc. Hearing protection is required, eye protection is recommended. 
Spectators – Given the current COVID-19 guidelines, we respectfully ask that you do not bring spectators with you for this event.
